Do you have samples that I can see in person?
We have samples available for viewing and puchase at our retail showroom in Honolulu, Hawaii:

Our normal business hours are Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 12pm to 6pm. You can call or email us to schedule an appointment if you can't make it down during our normal business hours.
We also have a Shop Toast favor display at The Wedding Café to view at your convenience. Located at Ward Warehouse (1050 Ala Moana Blvd, #1650), The Wedding Café is open Monday through Saturday: 10am to 9pm and Sunday: 10am to 6pm.
Can I get a sample?
Our course! We have favor samples available for purchase at our retail showroom. Can't make it down there? No problem! We can send you a favor sample at the rate of an actual favor (plus shipping & handling). Please email (shopkeepers@shoptoast.com) or call us (808-447-9233) for more information. Note: Samples carried at the shop are non-customized, or may be printed with a generic design.
Do you offer personal consultations?
Yes we do! Come down to our showroom during our normal business hours, or you can email or call to schedule an appointment with one of the Shop Toast shopkeepers: Jeremy or Michelle.
Where do I get the order forms? How do I get my order information to you?
All of our forms are available online at the Shop Toast website. You will receive a response from our team within 24-48 hours after submitting your online form.
Please feel free to also email us your order information, or any questions/special requests.
If you would like us to walk you through the ordering process, please call us (808-447-9233) and we can take your information over the telephone.
Will I need to put down a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is due when you place your order to cover our initial material and filling costs. The remaining balance is to be paid in full upon receiving your order.
Are there minimum and maximum limits on the amount of favors I can order?
We do not have a maximum limit on the amount of favors you can purchase but we do require minimum quantities, depending on the favor style ordered.

May I customize my order?
We offer various customization options, ranging from simple options like adding a couple’s name to more complex options like custom artwork and special favor fillings. Browse through our online order forms to see which options are available for each favor. Please note that additional fees may apply for customization beyond the standard options currently listed on the Shop Toast order forms.
Can you customize the favor label to match my invitation design?
We offer custom label design services (starting at $75) if you’d like to have a favor label/design that perfectly matches the theme, color scheme, and overall feel/tone of your event. Please note that we will not produce exact replicas of your invitation design—doing so is not only disrespectful to the original designer, but is also a violation of copyright laws.
Do you have a list of the candies/treats that are used for the favor filling? What if I want a special type of treat that you don't carry?
All of our filling options are listed on the online order forms; these you can find at www.shoptoast.com. You can contact us if you’d like to request a filling that is not listed on our order form. Please note that additional fees may apply for customized fillings.
Can I purchase a filling on my own and drop it off to Shop Toast for assembly?
Sorry, all fillings must be purchased by Shop Toast to guarantee quality and freshness. Good news, we have arrangements with various manufacturers and distributors, so in most cases we are able to provide you fillings at a lower cost than available to the public.
Does the favor packaging keep the filling [inside] fresh? How long will it keep?
We will package your favors about a week before your order pickup date. All of our favor fillings have a shelf life of approximately 1 to 1-1/2 months after you receive your order.
Do you need a bottle opener to open the SODA SNACK and MINI POP favors?
Our SODA SNACK favors have a twist off cap. However, our MINI POP favors will require a bottle opener - but they're so cute, you may never open them! We also carry a selection of mini bottle openers in our showroom, or you can place an order of customized bottle openers (minimum 300 QTY).
Can I purchase the favor supplies and assemble them myself?
We offer 2 lines of DIY (“Do-It-Yourself”) unassembled kits for purchase: TYING THE KNOT & PRESS, REPEAT. All other Shop Toast favors, with the exception of our HEART STUMP favors (ordered empty), are sold fully assembled to assure top-tier quality.
Do you offer any type of discounts?
Our HEART STUMP favor pricing is tiered - the more you buy, the lower the cost. For all other favor lines, we offer a bulk discount of 10% on orders over 100 identical pieces. TIP: We offer specials throughout the year which are sent to subscribers of our mailing list.
How far in advance should I place my order?
We kindly ask that orders over 100 pieces be placed at least 6 weeks before delivery date. Shorter time frames can be accommodated, but may incur rush fees. Please note that the timeframes shown below are from the day you approve the favor design proof.

Can you rush my order?
You may request a rush order with completion being 7-10 business days from the date the final favor label proof is approved by you. Rush fees are 18% of the invoice total. Availability depends on our order schedule, so please call (808-447-9233) or email us (shopkeepers@shoptoast.com) with any rush requests first.
I’ve placed my order with Shop Toast. What’s the next step?
We’ll begin work on your personalized favor design once we receive your order information. A color Adobe PDF or hardcopy proof will be provided for your approval usually within 2-3 business days; one label revision is included with each order. Once we receive your approval on the favor label design, we will begin production of your order.
What can I expect when I receive my order?
Your order will arrive fully assembled and ready for transport (except for our HEART STUMP favors ordered empty, and our DIY favor lines). Favors are packed securely in corrugated boxes to ensure safe and easy transportation to your home or event site.
When the favors are done, do you deliver or do we pick it up?
For you convenience, we offer a few options:

You can pick up your orders directly from our showroom during our normal business hours.

You can request a pick up from The Wedding Cafe (Ward Warehouse, 1050 Ala Moana Blvd, #1650) for no additional charge. Please request this pickup option when placing your order so we can schedule your order drop off date with The Wedding Cafe staff.

We can deliver it to you within the Honolulu area of Oahu from Monday through Saturday (11am – 5pm) for a flat rate of $30 per order.

A local contact (include name and ph#) must be provided to accept the delivery.

We will coordinate the delivery location and time with the contact person. Someone must physically accept the delivery of your order.

Any additional delivery attempts will incur additional fees.

My event is on the mainland. Can you ship my order?
Sure! We can securely pack and ship your order via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Please contact us when you are placing your order so we can work on a shipping quote for you. Tip: Place your order at least 6-8 weeks before your due date to avoid any expedited shipping charges...and to avoid any headaches.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, and credit card payments at our showroom.
