All the information you provide to Shop Toast (shoptoast.com) are strictly private and confidential. Shop Toast will not disclose details to any third party without your express written consent.
Ordering Information
Shop Toast accepts orders made in-person at our shop, over the phone/email, or through our online order system (PayPal). Orders made in-person or via phone or email will be provided with a shipping quote within 24 hours, if applicable. Orders placed through our online system will automatically include shipping costs. These shipping costs will be removed if you choose to pick up your order directly from our shop.
Payment Methods
Shop Toast accepts credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express), debit card, cash, and check payments at our shop during our normal business hours. If you choose to mail in a check, please send it to our mailing address: PO Box 160914, Honolulu, Hawaii 96816.
Shop Toast also accepts credit card, debit card, and bank account payments through the secure online payment company PayPal. During PayPal's checkout, the shipping information address should match your billing address to show status as “Confirmed”. If “Ship To” address is different, you may note in the “Notes / Instructions” box the address where you would like your order shipped.
Hawaiian Airlines XtraMiles Program
Shop Toast offers our in-store customers THREE Hawaiian Miles per dollar with any purchase made with their Hawaiian Airlines Bank of America or Bank of Hawaii Visa credit card. This offer is only available to purchases made in-store. Please visit Hawaiian Airline's website for more information.
Shipping Method
Shop Toast will ship your order via United States Postal Service (USPS) -- Priority or First Class mail. Orders will be insured only upon request and fees applied to customer. Shop Toast will aim to process every order within one business day. You will be notified of the status of your order when it is received (together with payment). We will send you an e-mail tracking number/ confirmation at time of shipment. Shipping times depend on the respective carrier. Shop Toast cannot guarantee specific delivery times.
All orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days. We will notify you promptly if an item is backordered with an expected date, and you may choose to wait for the backorder (normal backorders can be 1- 2 weeks), or you may choose to cancel your order at which time we will promptly send you a refund.
Shipping Rates (fees listed are not valid for custom favor orders)*
Shipping charges are not included within the price of the goods unless otherwise noted. Shipping rates apply to the Continental US, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico. We apologize that at this time, we do not ship to Post Office boxes or APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is available -- please e-mail us at shopkeepers@shoptoast.com for exact rates.

Ship to Multiple Addresses
Unfortunately we are not able to ship to multiple addresses at this time. Only one delivery address per order is allowed.
Tracking Your Order
You may track your order by e-mailing one of our customer care associates at shopkeepers@shoptoast.com. Please include your name and order number in the email.

Gift Wrapping
Unfortunately, Shop Toast does not offer gift wrapping services but we will gladly enclose a gift message with your order free of charge. Please note your gift message in the "Special Instructions/Note" box at PayPal's checkout or email it to us at shopkeepers@shoptoast.com. Please include your name and order number in the email.
Prices
Prices are as stated on the website and are subject to change at any time without notice.
Sales Tax
The Shop Toast showroom is located in Honolulu, Hawaii. All orders shipped within Hawaii will be charged the general excise tax (4.712% for Oahu, 4.166% for all other Hawaii counties), as required by State law.
Returns
We at Shop Toast, want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept your returned orders for a refund within 14 days after receipt of your order. No returns or refunds will be allowed after 14 days. Items must be returned in saleable condition with original labels, wrappings and tags. Please insure package for the full value.
To make a return, please e-mail us at shopkeepers@shoptoast.com for a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Make sure to include your name, order number, and a brief description of the problem. You will need to have an RMA number before any returns or refunds will be accepted.
Please allow 2-4 business days after your items are received before your refund is processed.
Exceptions: Personalized items and special orders such as customized favors can not be returned. All shipping and gift wrapping fees are non-refundable.
